- You must provide accurate and complete personal details, including a valid email address and contact number.
- When applying for a room, a payment link will be sent to your registered email.
- You are required to complete the payment through the link in order to confirm and secure the room.
- Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in cancellation of your application.
- Room availability is based on first-come, first-served and subject to verification by the Dorm Owner.
- All uploaded images (e.g., ID) must be clear, valid, and appropriate.
- Users are expected to communicate respectfully and honestly with Dorm Owners.
- DormLynk is not responsible for any disputes, damages, or transactions made outside of the platform.
- Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or removal.
